In the novel, Mr. Darcy is an English upper class gentleman who is engaged to the Dowager Countess of Grantham and is associated with the upper class while dating the Dowager Countess. They are rich, socially desirable and seemingly perfect for each other. In this article, we will explore some Pride and Prejudice research paper topics.Throughout Pride and Prejudice, Austen puts up a facade of social awareness and good manners that she wishes to present to her readers. She is constantly reading magazines and newspapers to try to figure out how to write a great love letter to her fiance and tries to be as best man at all her nephews' weddings. Her inner self is also very busy working on Pride and Prejudice, trying to balance her social and personal life. Her pride and prejudices are in the forefront throughout the book and are called out and criticized throughout the book f or being selfish and lacking in compassion.When Pride first meets Mr. Darcy, she is very prejudiced and quick to criticize everything about him. She repeatedly calls him a 'lazy brat' who is constantly on his back, unable to do anything productive. While this is true of most children, they have not learned to be prejudiced yet. All they have learned is that there are good things and bad things about everyone and then work hard to determine whether or not something is a good thing. Mr. Darcy, by comparison, has not developed this learning process.At times, it can seem like Pride and Prejudice is written as if Pride and Prejudice are all about Mr. Darcy. A scene in which she tells her father to kiss him so that he will die was included as an example of Pride's bitterness. The entire story revolves around Mr. Darcy. Many books written about love have explored the idea of seeing the good in someone else. A famous book called How to Win a Guy's Girlfriend is all about seeing the good in someone else. It does not necessarily have to be that person. While this might seem like a shallow inquiry, we must remember that Pride is very much aware of her own history. She doesn't seem to understand that her father and her grandfather have both had a difficult time with their family.
